WHY WOULD I NEED AN EXECUTIVE COACH?

People often seek out an executive coach to strengthen their skills to work more effectively within their work environments. Examples can include:

HOW DOES EXECUTIVE COACHING WORK?

Coaching works by supporting you to develop new thinking about how you are approaching a situation, relationship or process. Our clients often experience "Ahh ha" moments. These moments are intentionally created through the coaching process and can fundamentally  shift the way that you perceive a situation or perform. 

IS THIS PROCESS CONFIDENTIAL?

We our bound ethically and professionally by the International Coaching Federation and our own company values to hold client confidentiality in the strictest manner. We will never disclose the fact that you are a client or nature of your conversations with anyone, unless you agree to it (unless bound by law).

HOW OFTEN WOULD I BE COACHED?

It is important that coaching works for you and so we custom design your coaching to meet your needs. Most of our clients have two coaching sessions per month, some receive coaching on a more frequent basis, and others on a ad-hoc basis only when needed.
