Mark is an experienced and highly regarded Executive Leader who specializes in organizational development and change leadership. He is sought after across Alberta and Western Canada for his exceptional speaking and motivational skills and has provided leadership workshops in the UK, Jamaica, Ontario, Alberta, B.C and Mexico.
Mark holds a Red Seal of Canada for his journeyman’s certificate and several degrees including a B.A., a B.Ed. and an M.A. in Leadership Training from Royal Roads University. Mark’s thesis focused on intra-organizational trust and the role that trust plays in achieving business objectives, and used an appreciative and systemic approach to organizational change as the basis for his work.
Mark is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has completed his graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
